Steve Yates joined Schuster Financial Services in July of 2025 as our newest Account
Associate. In this role he works hand in hand with our Advisors ensuring client financial plans
are executed and managed with care and attention to detail. A graduate of the University of
Missouri, Steve reflects our Core Values of empathy and compassion in the way he builds
close relationships and supports clients throughout their financial journey.
Outside the office, Steve and his wife, Sarah, are parents to five adopted children (Braylee,
Avery, Zariah, Xavier, and Koby) and have opened their home to others through fostering.
Deeply involved in the Columbia community, Steve volunteers with several local nonprofits,
proudly cheers on Mizzou during the school year, and, as a Cincinnati native, remains a
dedicated Reds fan.
